Since the very beginning of my professional journey, more than 10 years ago, I always had the responsibility to improve the business I related with. I was lucky enough to develop my expertise in Africa, in Europe and in North America - different companies sizes, different cultures.
I did that through different roles: Internal Auditor, Financial Controller, Project Manager, Change Manager, Business Developer, Trainer. Today I define myself as Business Improver.
At ADConsultCo, Business Improvement is our DNA. We support companies operating in sub-Saharan Africa.
